The Queen of cut offs, Kate Moss, was caught wearing a pair of tiny white cut off shorts. Kate was at the beaches of St. Barths for one of her many photo shoots. I wonder if she styled herself for this shoot. This looks like an outfit Kate would put together for one of her regular outings.
